What would it be like to live that way?  Have you ever even put those two concepts together?  Running free while in the path of God's commands?  Wouldn't you like to be able to live your life in that kind of freedom? You've heard about freedom in scripture and preached in the church and yet somehow it seems so illusive?

Saint Irenaeus said “The Glory of God is Man Fully Alive”  

Dangerous Heart is about helping men become fully alive.   We see people being saved on a regular basis, but for some reason we see very few people living fully alive in Christ.  Set free from all the battles, struggles and addictions that seem to plague us until we give up and resign ourselves to settling for the same old life with a new "Christian" label on it.   That is not what Jesus died for and we know it is not how you want to live.

We want to help you see that the struggles, wounds, and present addictions are not what define you as a person or a man.  God has already defined you.  We want to invite you into this adventure with us to discover how God is setting people free to live fully alive. 

Dangerous heart is not a ministry about the seven things a man ought to do to be a nicer guy or more productive church member.  It is a ministry about the recovery and release of your heart, your passion, your true nature, which you have been given by God.  We want to invite you to rush the fields at Bannockburn, to go west, to leap from the falls and save the Beauty.  For if you are going to know who you truly are as a man, if you’re going to find a life worth living, if you are going to love a woman deeply and not pass on your confusion to your children, you simply must get your heart back.  You must head up into the high country of the soul, into wild and uncharted regions and track down that elusive prey.  Adapted for the Feild Manual

We are unapologetic about giving tremendous credit to Ransomed Heart Ministries and John Eldredge.  Through the message and ministry of Ransomed Heart we have begun to discover and live out the desires of our hearts and allow God to dismantle, repair and restore us to live out the glory He designed when he made us His image bearers.

 Oh my goodness… I came here saying what the heck am I supposed to do with my life???  God began to answer that question to me and I now have an understanding of how to get my “question” answered.  He actually helped me understand my wounds and my true identity in Christ.  He showed me the difference between my job and my calling.  God spoke to me this weekend like I had never experienced.  God has used you guys in my life – PERIOD!  Thank you for your vision and commitment to Him.

I can’t begin to describe how the Lord used the team to begin to open my heart in a new and different and better way.  I dealt with a good bit of the issues I came to the weekend with.  I have more work to do but at least now I understand better the larger story, my place in it as a man and the wounds that have been lodged against my heart.  I now have a clear focus on the direction I must go from here.  Thank you for following your heart. Because you did, I am a better man.

This was a breakthrough weekend for me.  God revealed to me how I have been taking my question to my wife rather than to Him. But no more!  

God revealed to me the lies I have been living under and how to here His voice and discern the lies.
